Updating your Health Records
The experienced staff at Sunnybank Hills Medical Centre frequently update patients’ health records to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information. Upon arrival, our friendly support staff and receptionists will request your current Medicare card, contact phone numbers, postal address, next of kin and nationality details to create an accurate file.

Request for Results
At Sunnybank Hills Medical Centre, our experienced team of reception staff can inform patients of their medical results. However, the receptionists will only convey information regarding any results left by their doctor. Please note, that if the patient requires further information, an appointment with their doctor should be made as convenient.
