Favourite thing about being a GP
I really value the amount of trust my patients put into me being their GP. Although it is very challenging due to the uncertainty & diversity of cases but equally rewarding to see my patients getting better or receiving the help that they needed. Furthermore, my practice is not limited to age, gender or, disease process but I am also able to provide them advice about their psychosocial issues.
I am a good cook and ‘Biryani” is my specialty.
Photography, hiking and watching movies
Philosophy of Practice
“They might not remember what I said or did but they will remember how I made them feel.”
I am an active listener, as I believe this is one of the most important aspects of communication with my patients. I always use an empathic approach, which helps me to build a rapport with distressed patients.
